I intend to rent out my studio apartment at Bezier building located on Old Street underground station, London.
I am currently renting it for £400 per week through the agent, plus I pay £150 per month for utility bills. However, I urgently need to leave the country, so I will gladly rent it out to someone for £350 for 2 months since my contract with the agency ends on the 12th of October.
