Floorplans are diagrams showing the relationships between rooms, space and features on one level of a structure. Dimensions are usually included to indicate room sizes and wall lengths, etc. They can also include details of fixtures.
Floorplans give perspective, are a cost effective marketing tool and can enhance your property details. They enable potential tenants to see what the property has to offer in terms of space and layout, which may not be apparent from photographs. This can save time wasted on viewings.
Order a floorplan to add to your property details or add a floorplan to your energy performance certificate. As a part of the assessment for an EPC, a rough floor plan has to be produced to work out the heat-loss of the property. The plan can be turned into a full floor plan that can then be used to aid in marketing the property.
There are two options when ordering a floorplan. You can have one created from scratch, whereby we will arrange to have your property measured and a plan will then be drawn up completely from scratch. Alternatively you can provide us with a rough drawing of the plan and we will create a professional floorplan from your sketch.
