Once you have placed your advertisement, it will also appear on award winning property search engine, Globrix and we will include a link to it on facebook and twitter, all at no cost to you.

On your comprehensive free advertisement, you can upload the following:

A full description of the property
Up to 20 photographs
Dates of availability
Property features, i.e. wood stripped flooring, modern kitchen, etc.
Property details, i.e. whether furnished or unfurnished, deposit amount, etc.
Criteria, i.e. pets accepted, smokers accepted, etc.
Reference requirements
Floorplans
Energy performance certificate (if purchased through Rental Trader, we will upload your EPC for you)
Your contact Details

Your ad will also feature a map of the local area, street view, details about local amenities, etc.

However, if you would like your advert to stand out over the rest, we can provide you with a premium listing for £4.99 per month: A premium listing will appear in the search results as normal, but will be highlighted as shown below,

alternatively, we can provide a featured listing for just £9.99 per month. A featured listing is the most effective way to promote your property, with your listing appearing at the top of the search results when it matches the searched for criteria. Please note that only three featured adverts are available per results page, so featured properties will be generated randomly from the featured properties that match the search criteria. You will also have a normal listing display
