Gas Safety Certificate (GSC)

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

Tenant Referencing
You should always take precautions to ensure that your tenant is of good character and standing. We provide a tenant referencing tool via EndsleighLet, a service making use of Experian’s extensive database.
Tenancy Agreement
It is important to have a tenancy agreement in place to help protect your legal rights. Tenancy agreements can help prevent disputes and will contain terms to help protect both the landlord’s and the tenant’s positions. Inventory Management

Floorplans show the relationships between rooms, space and features on one level of a structure. They can also include details of fixtures. Deposit Protection
As part of the Housing Act 2004 the Government, introduced tenancy deposit protection for all assured short hold tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales where a deposit is taken. The legislation ensures that tenants who have paid a deposit to a landlord or letting agent, and are entitled to receive all or part of it back at the end of the tenancy, actually do so.
